Warranty Information
Ssaxtoys, warrants that all products it manufactures are, at the date of
shipment, guaranteed free from defects in workmanship. Any product that under
normal use fails to function within the applicable time period as specified
below and is found defective in workmanship by Ssaxtoys's inspection will be
repaired or replaced without charge (S&H not included) to the buyer or, at the
election of Ssaxtoys, a credit will be allowed up to the invoice purchase price
of the product.
This warranty is not applicable where, in the judgment of Ssaxtoys, the defect
is caused by normal wear, misuse, misapplication, modification or damage after
shipment, including damage caused by the buyer's failure to provide proper
maintenance, or other similar cause.
Our clear coat finished surfaces are resistant to moisture, but if exposed for
more than 2 hours to standing water, disfiguration can occur. This is the same
as with any finished wood products. If you expect to have this kind of
environment, we ask that you use an appropriate plastic surface, because wood
may not perform satisfactorily and water damage is not covered under this
warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including
any warranties of merchantability or fitness for ordinary or particular purpose.
-Wood: Lifetime warranty.
-Aluminum Parts: One year from date of shipment.
-Vinyl Surfaces: One year from date of shipment.
-Steel Parts: One year from date of shipment.
